Mangyan Made Handicrafts

Earlier today I went to Glorietta 3 Ayala for a doctors check up. The clinic where my health card is accepted is situated inside the mall. Truth be told, I hate malls. I feel like they are the roots for the city's decay and the home for a generation who doesn't care. Ok, too much for this.

By the way, I was accompanied by @martinjohnandrade (instagram). After check up he decided to treat me meal as he is also waiting for someone. On our quest to find the best place to eat, we found this little space I consider heaven.

It's a space inside Ayala mall, I think nasa 2nd floor, where Mangyan made products are being sold. Ranging from 100 pesos to 10 thousand pesos, you will be able to purchase ratan made products that is truly world class!

If only I have spare money, nauwi ko na itong ratan carpet na ito. I think this is funded by Ayala foundation as one of their CSR's, which is to help Mangyan tribe develop their culture and jive with the current waves of technology. I just hope this would not come to a point na parang na-eexploit na sila. Alam mo yun #padeep

If Fetish (LOL) mo din ang hand made products gaya nito, you may always visit them at Glorietta Mall Ayala Makati. You'll have lots options to choose from and makakasiguro kang made in the Philippines, made by a Filipino.
