After our trip in Dive and Trek Resort, we decided to have our dinner in Tagaytay. We are supposed to eat somewhere near the road but there's not enough parking space so we headed to One Destination where this restaurant is located. I believe it's the waitress convincing power that made us decide to finally eat here. The place is tidy enough compared to other bulalohan I've tried before. But their service is really slow. They only give us water when we requested for it. Walang alok-alok. We even notice some of their staff just standing there doing nothing. 

After a long wait, our bulalo was finally served. The soup was fantastic. The beef flavor is savory and the meat was soft, but that's my perspective. My mom was not satisfied with the meat. According to her, it needs to be softer especially for elders. Aside from the service, what I don't like about their bulalo is the vegetables. It feels so rubbery making it uncomfortable to bite.
